I use artists that I feel have beautiful artwork that should be shared with others to enjoy.

I do not make any profit off any images unless they are made by me using PSP.

I make my own page layouts, html and some images are my own creations.

I do not claim any of these images belong to me or was made by me, unless of course I made them using tubes that I have purchased through memberships.

Most images used on my site comes from Yahoo PSP tube groups and PSP tube sites.

I only claim copyright to the layouts (html layouts) that I make and only the images that I created.

An image on the page only makes it more beautiful!

Any artist of images that I have used to display on my pages is more then welcome to contact me by email with any complaint or concerns that they might have.

I will be more then happy to pull the images off my server if requested to do so by them.
